Project Execution

Veritas Compliance management offers the following services to assist client companies with the day to day execution of SHEQ Related activities whether on your company premises or on a project site. This will ensure that employees are able to focus on their core responsibilities and functions without having to be tied up with SHEQ activities.

Project HSE File

Developing and compiling of your own project specific safety file. This file will include the company specific Safety Plan, Baseline Risk assessment, project specific safety requirements as well as all other requirements set out by the relevant legislation and client requirements. Following the compiling of the file and approval by the relevant company representative Veritas Compliance Management will present the file to your client and liaise with the client representative until such time as the file is approved and scope of work is cleared to proceed.

Application for Construction Permit

In cases where our client is required to apply for the relevant Construction Permit under the construction regulations, Veritas Compliance Management will compile the application on your behalf and submit to the Dept. of Labour as required.

Site Inspection

We can conduct all compulsory site inspections on your behalf.  From standard site conditions to specific need inspections.

Compliance Audits

We can conduct monthly audits on site systems to ensure adequate compliance to the overall company system and requirements. This is a critical part of compliance to certified systems.

Site / project Onboarding

We will manage all aspects of initial SHEQ aspects with regard to project initiation. This includes site establishment, work force safety induction, setting project specific SHEQ Needs (Client requirements) etc

Issue Based Risk Assessment

Developing, updating and communication to workforce of task specific issue based risk assessment for all activities related to your scope of work.

Resource Allocation

We can source, allocate and manage a full or part time SHEQ resource to your project, workshop or normal place of work. The allocated person will be checked, verified competent and managed by Veritas Compliance Management. This will allow you to have assurance with regard to compliance without having an additional team member to manage full time.

Contractor Management

We can fully manage your sub-contracting companies from a SHEQ Perspective on your behalf. This service include:

Vetting and approving new/prospective companies,

Verifying and auditing contractor management systems

Verifying and approving contractor Project Safety File

The above services can be conducted on a “Ad-Hoc” basis or as part of the a full compliance management agreement.
